Recruitment

We make it our responsibility to find competent carers for home care providers. As a care provider, we understand the importance of having dependable, professional staff who are enthusiastic about their work.

Thank you for visiting our website! WE hope you find everything you require and we look forward to a prosperous relationship with you.

Recruitment Services

Our clients include NHS, Private hospitals, Care Homes, Nursing Homes and Prisons. We offer both temporary and permanent recruiting staffing, so you can specify your requirements as needed.

When we receive a vacancy and have a thorough understanding of the job criteria, we assign a consultant to the case. He or she searches our massive database for the most qualified candidates. The best prospects are then interviewed and sent to our customers. Every registered applicant is subjected to a thorough screening process that includes a DBS check, reference checks from at least two previous employers, and job history verification for the previous five years.

To assess the effectiveness of our placement service, we conduct feedback interviews with both parties. We provide an “Out of Hours” service that is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year thanks to our customers’ continued patronage.
