End of Life Care

End-of-life care frequently entails the treatment of symptoms, but it can also include counselling and emotional support. End-of-life care, also known as palliative care, is professional assistance provided to terminally ill patients and their families. This support often involves the management of medications that will minimise symptoms.

This assistance frequently entails the administration of medications to alleviate symptoms without the hope of curing the underlying condition. End-of-life care at home may be appropriate for those who are nearing the end of their lives and are concerned with comfort and well-being.

If you need palliative or end-of-life care, our CQC-accredited service can work with you and your family to create an end-of-life care plan. We will work with you to find an end-of-life carer who is a good fit for your needs.

Our Carer will maximise your comfort at home instead of continuing to stay at a hospital which allows you or your loved one to spend much needed quality time with your families when you have reached the final stages of life.

Our Carers are here to take care of all your daily tasks, create a compassionate and positive environment for the whole family so that your beloved will be comfortable and in the best hands.

What is the aim of end of life care?

  • To make you feel at ease and at home in your own home, as well as close to your loved ones.
  • To provide physical and emotional support to you and your loved ones, as well as to make you as comfortable as possible.
  • To provide you with companionship.
  • To ensure that your dignity is always preserved and that your days are more rewarding.
  • To give you complete control over the care and support you receive while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
